THE BRIEF

Three architects trained across Milan, Copenhagen and Rotterdam open a studio in Amsterdam with European ambition and high-end homes already on the table, civic and public buildings the longer game. They're up against established, high-end firms, and "sustainable," the word that should set them apart, has been worn flat by everyone using it the same way.

THE IDEA

REAL SUSTAINABILITY DOESN'T NEED THE SPEECH.

Everyone says the word; Kora builds the thing. The concept takes the studio's own mission: balance, function and low impact as one decision, not three separate compromises and makes it the entire identity, with nothing decorative on top. The mark is three points meeting in one triangle: three cities, three voices, one studio.
